Your care should be detailed and specific to every element of your physicality. Treating just the physical symptoms of your body, neglects to reach the root of your health.

The Mind-Body-Soul Connection

Your Mind: It’s been proven that our mental health heavily influences our physical health and therefore, the other way around. Balancing our physical health with our mental health is vital to finding true healing.

Deep work in therapy and treatments are essential to addressing thought processes, developing coping mechanisms, and healing traumas. True, lasting mental health care doesn’t just include counseling and therapeutic treatments. It also includes taking care of your body - including hormonal health, sleeping habits, diet and exercise, etc.

Many of my counseling clients have become functional wellness clients after realizing their need for whole-body care. My practice offers both types of services - holistic, functional wellness & licensed, counseling care.

Addressing your overall health is key to deep and lasting mental health care.

Your Body: Physical symptoms are just the body’s method of communication. These signals are often stifled by a series of medications, which is modern healthcare’s method of “finding” an answer and getting you “quick fix”. Ignoring these signals, leads to deepening health concerns that affect the mind and soul of a person.

Holistic, functional wellness works to find solutions that are in tune with your body, not the often “one-size-fits-all” approach prescribed by modern medicine.

Seeking to find root causes frees the body to communicate freely and help you find the answers you’re looking for.

Your soul: Spiritual and emotional health contributes to our overall wellness. The deeper values and feelings within each soul guides the mind and body. Aligning the soul directs the rest of you to find healing and develop resilience for the future.

While I myself am a Christian and do offer Christian-based counseling services, I work with clients of a variety of faith backgrounds.

My desire for every client is that they find full healing and fulfillment in life.

I’m passionate about helping you care for yourself in the best ways possible.

 The Insurance-Free Difference

Traditional healthcare relies on insurance to provide the framework of care accessible to patients. I’ve chosen to operate outside of this system to offer the best care I can to my clients. Statements for reimbursement to insurance companies for some services are available from me upon request.
