Meet Maggie

I’m passionate about providing care that is customized to you and your needs. While my specialty is in trauma therapy, I’m experienced in providing care to a variety of needs for clients 12+. I love empowering my clients to look beyond their diagnoses and find root-causes that lead to whole-person healing. Your mental health care should be intentional and intensive to provide the best care possible. If you’re feeling overwhelmed and not sure where to turn, I’m glad you’re here. I’ve been where you’re at, and am excited to partner with you on your healing journey.

Maggie’s Approach - Each part of my practice is deeply integrated into the belief that our care should be as connected as the systems within our bodies.

  • Trauma Therapy - I specialize in trauma-informed therapy techniques that not only help with those suffering from PTSD or the effects of adverse experiences, but also for clients who don’t even realize that they’ve had traumatic experiences. We’ve all been through difficult things and I’m here to help you lighten your load.

  • Holistic, whole-person approach - Our mental health is deeply connected to other areas of our person - gut health, sleeping patterns, and more! I love to help clients transition from just counseling care to functional wellness. This allows me to help them find answers to their symptoms in their everyday patterns and habits.

  • Freedom from traditional healthcare - Traditional healthcare is a set, defined system that requires limiting care to insurance-covered, “approved” care. This system has been deeply corrupted - often looking out more for corporations than patients. I don’t work with insurance companies because it was limiting the care I could offer my clients and stunting their personal growth.
